Awesome Service at Superior

Superior is the best Nissan dealer in NWA, I live in Rogers and drive to Fayetteville because of Superior's awesome customer service. I have purchased 2 cars in 5 months at this dealership and both times the customer service has been excellent. Jacob Graves is the best! He was very knowledgeable and patient with me when I asked a ton of questions. His no pressure sales approach is an asset to the dealership. I will purchase all my future Nissan's from Jacob @ Superior. :)

Speed of the buying process

Superior got the buying process down to a science, did not have to wait long for the paper work to go through. Elvira was professional and Helpful with showing the features of the vehicle. Will tell others who are looking for a vehicle to go to Superior Nissan and talk to Elvira in person or the web.

Love my Altima from Superior Nissan!

When it was time to say goodbye to my old vehicle and get a new one I am glad I went Superior Nissan. I got a Nissan Altima from Devan Wright! He got me the best deal and it was a great experience overall! I will definitely be back when it’s time to get another vehicle!

We just bought our Maxima at Superior Nissan! We had the best buying experience with Elvira Sandoval! She was fantastic from the first text all they way to driving away in our new car! She made the process easy and fun! Well worth the drive down to Arkansas! She also recommended a great burger joint down the road where we enjoyed lunch!

Excellent Staff

I originally went in looking for a used Titan and got talked into buying a new Titan. And it was a wonderful decision because the new one came with a full warranty along with special NMAC financing incentives. All of this was thoroughly explained by the best salesman I've ever bought a car from, Devan Wright. He answered all my questions and offered important information that influenced my decision. Overall fantastic experience and I have sent all my friends and family to Devan to buy their new vehicles. Go see Devan and you won't be disappointed!

Outstanding service

From the moment I walked into the dealership and met with Elvira, everything was great. She helped me find a car that suited my needs and then proceeded to expedite my purchase. The entire staff if exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. I recommend this dealership to all. Excellent service everytime

I've never had a bad experience here from buying a car (bought 2) to getting my oil changed or car serviced. The staff are always friendly and not pushy like you'll find at some dealers. Even when I couldn't buy a car right away (car had been totaled but waiting on insurance) and I explained I couldn't buy anything and wasn't sure when I could. Jacob ended up helping me figure out what kind of vehicle I wanted. I shopped around at some other places while still waiting on insurance but I finally ended up back at Superior. Their customer service really is above the rest and Jacob could have just walked away instead of listening to my needs when I told him there was no way for me to buy a car that day or even that week. I appreciated it so much that by the time I was back I knew exactly what I wanted. Jacob managed to find on their lot a brand new Nissan Rogue with hardly any miles. And I love it!

Vehicle listed on the Internet was not "available"......SCAM. Drove in from 150 miles away!......STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER......buy somewhere else! Bought at another dealership. They advertise "Superior" service....what a JOKE! Chris Kostner was the MGR who helped us.

No high pressure! We found a used Altima online but were pleasantly surprised when we were offered a brand new Altima at a comparable price. We walked in at 6:00 (our appointment time) and left by 8:00 with the perfect vehicle. A few days later, our paper tag was lost in a storm. i called and had a replacement in the mail the next day! The dealership is super friendly and not pushy. They were extremely busy the night we were there but did everything they could to make us comfortable.

I only have good things today about the sales experience...

I only have good things today about the sales experience at Superior Nissan. After online searching Nissan's homepage, I contacted local dealers. Crystal responded to me and scheduled an appointment for me to speak to Michael Watson. So I went in that day alone, at another dealership that rhymes with "Foyota" I was not treated kindly. I was treated like a college girl who knew nothing about cars and who wasn't a serious. Yes I was in gym clothes but does that really matter? Both Crystal Lewis and Michael Watson were as nice as could be. I also met the manager while I was there and was treated with respect. I ultimately, had to wait on my dad to make the final decision. I don't know why but over the weekend I decided to go back again to both places with my dad. Yes, I was treated better but the "Foyota" dealership but he still wouldn't commit to a price on my trade or total price, I just wanted to write a check and be finished but they made it difficult on me and the guy even had the nerve to say, "if I don't sell this car to you I'll sell it to someone else!" He was horrible but I seriously doubt he still works there. At Superior, after test driving we got a proposal and enumeration of the entire sale. It was professional and they even told me to sleep on it if I wanted. I had done my homework, so I knew this quote was fair...and Michael let me pull up Kelley Blue Book online in his office. He gave us time to think about it and I knew this was exactly what I wanted. Then I told him I wanted to go ahead and get the car. I went to Crystal's office and she helped me get the exact payoff on my trade. We figured everything up while Dad and Michael worked on the details. We went into financing and it was so great, I think his name was Chris Foyer. He was super nice and explained everything to us. I got my dream car and I felt totally comfortable and at ease with everyone there! By the time my paperwork was signed, Michael had everything ready to go! I've had my car about 5 weeks and I'd totally recommend them!

Bought a new Nissan Sentra 2.0S on March 20th. It was raining heavily. Dealer sold me a car with paint damage on the Front Bender and spots on the windshield. VERY-VERY BAD DEAL. Found it after reaching home. Dealer is blaming me for this responsibility.

I would not recommend this dealer.
