First Oil Change x2
My wife and I had both of our Kia Souls serviced (first time oil changes) as per our extended warranty agreement. Everything went super smooth and super quick. Clay was great, as was the whole crew. Communication was a big priority for them, so we never felt left in the dark. We dig that. It was a good freshman experience for us, top to bottom.

EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE! Honest and Sincere, w/ NO PRESSURE
Moe was AMAZING. Simply amazing. He helped me from minute one when I didn't even know what type of car I wanted. I told him I wanted safety, great gas millage, and that was it! He took the time to talk, not pressure, just chat and figure out my style of driving. Moe then recommended the 2020 Kia Soul and I instantly fell in love. To be honest, I had never considered the Soul, and I would not have found my DREAM CAR without his guidance. Even when I left without buying the car, he was so pleasant and did not make me feel bad for needing more time to decide. Fast forward to yesterday, I came back and signed the papers! He went OVER and BEYOND what any car salesman is required to do, all with no pressure, just honest and friendly assistance. My biggest concern was buying a car as a woman, (I had been to another dealership and was pressured and treated like I was dumb and vulnerable), Moe did not do any of that! I would recommend Moe to anyone, because no matter who you are, he will treat you with respect. He truly has a passion for helping people find the best car that suites their needs, with none of the stereotypical pressure you expect from a car salesman! THANK YOU MOE!

The sales manager and the sales guys have over the top service to a senior citizen who doesn't have much money. I needed help with a problem that I didn't think anyone could fix. THEY FIXED IT AND MY GRATITUDE IS NOT EVEN SUFFICIENT FOR THE HELP THEY WERE TO ME.

My experience with this dealership is better than any other dealership I have ever been too. Kelly has helped both myself and my fiance on more than one occasion and not only helped us find what we need but help us get even more of what we wanted!! She was incredibly friendly and I never felt pressured to move towards purchasing something I wouldn't want or couldn't afford. She was very patient, understanding and all around the most pleasant salesperson I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend dealing with her to anybody looking to buy a new or used car!

Great experience for an inexperienced buyer
It's been more than 8 years since I purchased my first car and they have changed so much since then. Kelly was great in making sure she explained the different trims and packages and helping me to find the perfect vehicle to fit my wants and needs. She also took the time after purchase to walk me through the different features of the vehicle and make sure I was able to set up my phone and andriod auto integration before I drove off the lot. I also appreciated how Kelly didn't pressure me to make a decision before I was ready. Overall I had a great experience and enjoyed working with Kelly to purchase my new vehicle.

Unbelievable
Brandon was very attentive and encouraging during the purchase of the Sportage. he was part of a miracle and did not even know it. Jonathan was also a valuable asset. He is a bit quiet but persistent. These two young men made this older lady very very happy. I will say that Brandon treated me as though I were a young beautiful woman. Well, as if. LOL. Young men are not always so gracious but BRANDON will always have a special place in my heart.

Unexpected but happy
I traded in my 2011 Kia Soul once I found out how much money it would take to fix it. Luckily I was able to work with Kelly and she was amazing from the start. She was understanding of my needs for a car and worked diligently to help me out. She showed me 2 cars and I would up buying a beautiful Nissan Maxima. Kelly went above and beyond to take care of me.
