Rude and Unprofessional

I had the most horrible experience today at Steve Landers Kia. One of the salesmen picked me up and took me to the dealership. Once I got there, things took a turn for the worse. The salesman and the general manager literally tried to force me to buy a vehicle that I did not want. For some reason, they did not want to sell me the vehicle that I wanted or any other vehicle but this 2019 Kia Forte. When the GM. Toto, I mean Tito, realized that I was NOT going to be bullied into buying this car, he stood up and said "Well keep the car you have and take a Uber home, I don't care!", and then walked off. The salesman who brought me to the dealership then said he couldn't take me home because he had an appointment and that I'd have to take an Uber home. I told him that there was no way I was paying for an Uber ride home when he brought me there. He then said he'd pay for it. Needless to say, I felt VERYlow and disappointed to just be left out in the cold, having to 'catch a ride' home. This was sooo unprofessional and rude! Will NEVER visit another Landers dealership if this is the way they treat their customers!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Great experience with Service Department

This was the second time I've brought my 2017 Kia Sorento to Landers Kia for service. Great service quick and easy. I think they could probably visit a garage sale or two and put better, more comfortable furniture in the waiting room. Pitiful.

Basic maintenance

While merely an oil change, tire rotation and courtesy car wash, it was nonetheless a cosmic experience. Superior donuts, really good coffee and comfortable chairs.

The engine light had come on. Car was still running smooth, though. Called Enid in service, scheduled the appt.. They tested everything, found faulty part, and replaced it . All happened @ an hour or so. Was very pleased with the service.

Overall, I like that you have some good service department workers, and I like the ability to get a loaner car. Enid is GREAT. I have dealt with her several times for regular maintenance and recalls, and she always goes above and beyond. If I could give her alone 5 stars I would. However, she works for you, and I am giving an overall 3 stars to your dealership. This is because it is so difficult to get an actual human on the phone. I spent half of a day trying to get an update on my car, only to be put on hold over and over and over. I get that you all are busy. I manage a busy call center myself. However, you might consider some sort of system that doesn't leave the customer feeling as though they are just being left in limbo. I finally just drove up there to get some answers.

Excellent service

I am very satisfied with this dealership, John Martin and Stacey Cowden in the service department do a great job. It is not when everything goes as expected when you see the difference but when as in my case there was a small mishap. The issue was resolved with the highest level of service. Great dealership!

It is great to be able to feel confident with the service team when I need to use them. I absolutely love the shuttle driver. He is so pleasant and fun to ride with and is always right on time. I'm very happy with my service visits.

Be better next time

You guys could be better by listening to the client than do what you think. When I dropped my car off, I gave a detailed note on my car being raided by rat,rodent and ate my wires that linked to my transmission.i expected the technician to check wires first but he opened the transmission first and charged me for that labour before then going back out to see that the issue is wiring problem. I paid gravely for this and I hate to think of it. The reason I paid is just that after that,I have more assurance of my vehicle health, haven checked it for performance by dealership. If I can get some fund charged back to my credit card, I will be better off. Check the call logs and notes on this service, I told the agent that rodent are my wires while I was on roadtrip and had my car packed for 5 days but instead of run checks on wiring harness that could take 30mins max, the tech jumped to my transmission and charged me labor for the hours spent.

I would recommend this dealer.
