I was lied to when purchased my car when I Called back about I was treated very rudely by Brandon and then within 3 weeks my windshield was broken ( not of my doing or a rock hitting it ) also the air conditioner didn’t work I also could not get the app as I was assured I had it and then I had problems with a tire which the dealer in Little Rock said there was nothing wrong with it I took my there due to did not want to return to NLR

Was not sold the internet price that car was advertised b/c it wasnt approved by NMAC, so they say..I wouldnt know, i never got a rejection letter like i did the other companies....so unbeknowst to me 1,299 was tacked on to get approved by another company, in addition to a 1,500 road package that was totally optional, but i wasnt given a choice either. when asked about it.EVERYONE was clueless, Brody explained to me why and agreed that Ive shouldve been informed, he gave me a check for $97 to pay for the taxes on the Ultimate road pkg,( that i didnt have the option to opt out)...I end up having to pay sales tax on 16,148.00....thats 2,799 more than what the car was listed for......if a Customer dont know their options are at signing, they sure are NOT kind and NOT concerned enough to mention that its optional...bottom line, be considerate enough to inform the Customer of why they dont get it for the advertised price, in case they may wanna go with somethn cheaper, be considerate enough to give the customer an option or say in whether or not to add a 1500 pkg for somthn that's not mandated to buy......I felt they were more concerned about whats going in their pockets instead of what's coming out of mine.....this has cost me extra $$$, because you chose to think about your benefit rather than informing me of my options.

They totally screwed me

Joe sold me a car. He made me promises on the floor that were not represented in the paperwork i signed. When i asked questions i was told to save them for after the paperwork was signed. After the paperwork was signed, i asked my question and was told what i needed would be mailed to me. That was a lie. When i called back to complain, i was put off for weeks. I am a disabled woman raising disabled grandkids on a fixed income and now i have no car. So, I was sexually harrassed by the salesman and treated like a six year old by the finance manager, given the run around by the sales manager and completely ignored by the general manger. He wont even return my calls. What goes around comes around and man, do they have it coming.

I would not recommend this dealer.

In no way a reputable dealer

My disabled mother went in to buy a car from these people Joseph was her car dealer he told her that $1,000 down and with her trade in I would give her 250 on her trade in and put the sales tax Finance in. Joseph lied then she went to the boss and asked him about it and he said that he had no record of Joseph saying anything of that nature and that he would personally take care of it his self and try to get Mom in her car he lied to now they want to sell my mom's car back to her that she had for a trade in which they only gave her $250 for they want to sell it back to her for 1500. Now my mom can not get tags on her car so she has to let the car go back and she is losing her Pathfinder that she's had for at least the last 10 years. Now my mom and her autistic grandson who is she is raising my mother who is disabled I cannot work has no ride because McLarty Nissan in North Little Rock miss my mom out of not one but two rides.

Thought I was satisfied with vehicle but was mislead

The salesman was good however the financing was not car internet price was 10000 or so they sold to me for 12000 and gap insurance was 1000 could not refinance with my credit union they won't touch car due to terms Cant get my sales tax paid if I could have would pay more for car. I have 5 referrals to mclarty but now reconsidering I feel was taken advantage of. Want to return car cant afford tags

Great service

From the moment I drove in, the service was exceptional. I was told upfront what would be done, and then kept updated frequently. I was told an estimated time to wait. I was offered a ride home, so I wouldn’t have to wait. The car was ready much sooner than anticipated. I forgot about a coupon for $10.00 off, but remembered after paper work was completed. The gentleman cheerfully replied that it was no problem to take care of it. My best visit yet to have my car serviced

Kelsey Adams is an asset to the company's customer service department. He got the job done when twice prior I was redirected. Efficient and polite in manner. I know dealing with the public can be difficult. Never once did I feel upon speaking with him that my concerns wouldn't be handle. Thanks again Mr. Adams. Normal Service

I like having my car serviced at dealer in case of issues. People are always friendly and I am usually in and out. My only issue is that I am charged differently every time I go in for same service. If you have coupons they bump up the cost so there is no benefit to customer. Also service advisors constantly changing. Must not be the best place to work if there is some one different ever other month.
