I had 2:00 pm appointment but Called at 12:00 to see if I could come early they yes there wasn’t anyone there under up not leaving till 2:50 I have never experienced such rude and bad service as I have had here and the one in NLR where I purchased my car. Trust as soon as possible I’m going back Chevrolet!!!

I will recommend this dealership to everyone that loves maximas. Excellent service, my sales person made me feel like a queen, and was knowledgeable. I was not pressured, I received straight answers and my vehicle was available, that was more important to me. I love my SL maxima!

No wasted time!!!

I went in this morning at 7:45 as was suggested by the young man I spoke with the previous day, I waited maybe 10 minutes then the doors were opened and I was greeted by a service person who took my info I was off to the nice waiting room where a short time later the service guy came back told me the diagnosis of my car and about how much it would cost to fix it. Absolutely no pressure. Great place I’ll be their again in 6-8 months for the oil change!!

I received great customer service today! When I called to make an appointment Joey was very friendly and informative! She took great care and let me know she has openings today if that worked for me . I took one and when I got there. She greeted me with a smile 😊 and was very professional! After my car was serviced she took me to the the cashier deals and went over what was done today and told me about what my car would need on my next service visit. I really appreciated everything she told me! Thanks Joey!! 👍🏾

Sevice has dropped both sales and service

My wife and I had previously bought three car thru this dealership. Had great service and sales during those times. I May we bought our 4th vehicle a new Frontier. Our salesman was a gentleman named Joe, i had told him one vehicle then realized that the truck was totally manual, even the windows lol. Well i told him she would haul wheelers while i pulled the camper. And we wanted sales tax financed in. I knew our credit wasnt perfect but knew the deal was already possible. Well he brought the truck around I didnt look at the back of it, my bad, cause when we got home i noticed no trailer hitch. Not even the trailer light hookup. I texted him and he said he would look into it. After numerous texts and him saying he find one. He quit texting back, i still have the text. He also informed me Nissan doesnt put trailer hitches on 2 wheel drives just 4 wheel drives. Which I know is BS. The we find the Mclarty Nissan selling price sticker a week later under the back seat and found out it was 29000 before the 2000 incentive and he sold it to us for 32500 then 30500 after 2000 incentive but said price maxed out so he couldnt get sales tax financed. My bad again for not asking a ton of questions. He didnt have customer interest at hand only his and then all the personal calls he got and of us waiting on that. So that doesnt set well with me we will buy nissan again but not from this dealership locatation and sure wont be from salesman Joe. Then the first service was for free for oil change and tire rotation. They did the oil change but no tire rotation then after we left the little sticker said our next oil change was at 63500 miles. We only have 6000 on it so that oild must be really great stuff. While i understand no dealer is perfect and not deal is perfect i do expect the salesman to be honest and not to feel like we have been taken advantage of.

A Welcome Change

My son was looking for a dependable 4x4 truck. The truck he was driving had almost 300,000 miles on it and was requiring maintenance just about on a weekly basis. Other dealerships told him they couldn’t help him or the payments were too much or they wanted a lot of money down in order to help him. Some dealerships were pushy or didn’t seem to care about helping my son because he is young. My son called McLarty and spoke with a salesman named Victor. After explaining to Victor what he was looking for once we got to the dealership Victor made us feel welcome and was very helpful in every way. Victor as well as the sales manger worked tirelessly and diligently to get my son approved and they did. They were not pushy and didn’t try to show us something that we didn’t want to see. When we went to pick up the Nissan Frontier 4x4 that my son purchased they stayed late until we both got off work so we could pick up the truck. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. I would especially recommend asking for Victor. He was great to work with.

A disappointment

Car brought in for service. One month later after an employee (who still works there) miscommunicates repeatedly with customer & at McClarty, we receive car back.

Just an oil change

I brought my car in for an oil change and checked to see if the fluids had been topped off afterwards. They were as far as I could tell, but there was a dark colored spray under the hood and on the engine. Closer inspection revealed that the oil filler cap was left off from the oil change and oil had been sprayed in engine compartment. I showed this to the service rep he got the mechanic and a manager and they corrected the issue and cleaned the oil spay. This is my daughter’s car and if I had not checked under the hood this oil spray would have caused the engine oil to run low. My daughter does not need to get under the hood of this car. I take my cars to the dealer because they are familiar with the cars and should know how to wok on them. I find this issue very disturbing and question the decision to have car worked on at this dealership. If there can be an issue with a simple oil change, then how can I trust a bigger problem to be taken care of in responsible and professional manner? The reason I even checked under the hood in the first place is because the last time my daughter brought this car in for the oil change, apparently some/all of the fluids weren’t checked/filled. I had to add windshield wiper fluid the following week.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Have plenty of time ready for oil change

We called in several days ahead of time to schedule a oil change on our pathfinder. Appt. was for 1:30 and we arrived about 15 minutes early. There was one other car in line ahead of us. We went into the lounge and had a seat. After about 30 minutes I noticed the car was still in the same place in service bay. After 55 minutes car was still there so I went out and asked service advisor if this was a bad day for us to come in for service. She told me they were just really busy. I can understand a dealership being busy and things happening. While we were waiting in lounge, there were no less than 4 mechanics coming in and out of their break area in the lounge area. A couple of them came in several times and were in no hurry to leave. It wound up taking over two hours for a scheduled oil change. Also one of the girls that sat at a computer in the lounge area was on her cell phone the whole two hours we were there. Never did quite figure out what her job might have been. I know it would be easier and less aggravating to just go to a quick lube from now on than deal with this dealership again.
