Everything was great. I was a walk in but it took 2.5 hrs.
It was for a check up and an oil change 15 15,000 miles. I wasn't in a hurry so the wait time didn't bother me, but 2 1/2 hrs seems a little obsessive. I will continue to take the car back there.

I went into Landers Ford knowing which car I wanted to buy. and the trade in value of my vehicle. I was able to reach a deal that was pretty close to what I had figured not a lot bickering involved, and was able todrive out with the new car that I wanted feeling good about the price and the process

mostly a good experience.
just so you know I was there at the dealership for 7 hours waiting for my car to be worked on. I got front brakes, the works oil change, and freon for my air conditioner. I also asked for a specific mechanic (Brian) but he did not work on my car.

Great Experience
If it were not for Rocky Walton, we might not have purchased this vehicle. We had some communications challenges at the beginning, but Rocky entered the picture and took charge. Everything went smoothly from that point forward. The staff at Landers was couteous, they worked with our needs and provided a great vehicle.

Quick Lane Service
Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout my time waiting at the Quick Lane. Even with several customers ahead of me, I did not feel that I waited for an extended period of time. Sean was working the desk by himself during the time I was there and seemed to have everything under control and made sure to take care of each customer’s needs. I will be returning to him the next time I need a car service!

WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE! INCOMPLETE REPAIRS!
ZERO STARS if I could! This has been, and continues to be, the worst experience I've ever had with servicing my vehicle. Repeated calls to Service Manager, Robert Johnson have all gone to voice mail. I have left my contact information with each message left since I picked up my INCOMPLETELY SERVICED vehicle on July 3 from him! Robert Johnson promised to call me the following week and has NEVER RESPONDED to a single message I've for left 2 weeks now. Avoid this business at all costs! I paid for incomplete repairs and a complete disregard of customer service. There is no accountability at Landers Ford.

How To Make Your Vehicle Last Forever
My Mercury Mountaineer is 12 1/2 years old, with 48,000 miles. The dealership is the only place that I have used and I will continue going only to Landers. I buy tires there, have oil change there and anything else that they recommend,

Recalls
Took F150 in for 2 Recalls completed in a very timely manner. Had a problem with a door sill trim piece which was warped & loose. Had to order part from Ford. This was not the dealers fault but it took about 5 weeks to get the part from Ford. Ford needs to somehow get there inventory in better shape. Have two F150's 2011 and 2015 that I have serviced at this dealership and they always take care of me and if there is any problem they fix it immediately.

THE BEST dealership to purchase a new vehicle
As always, Landers Ford met and exceeded my expectations while purchasing a new F150. Even with trading in my 2014 F150 (which I had also purchased from Landers) , total time was less than THREE hours in door to out door! The no haggling over price, the great trade in price, the incentives, the manager and salesperson, ALL contributed to a no stress and enjoyable experience, in which I drove away in an awesome 2019 F150 Lariat! I highly recommend using Landers Ford for all your vehicle needs! I have, as this was about the 10th vehicle I’ve purchased over the last 15 years! Trust and go to Landers Ford!
