What and absolute pleasure it was to work with Gianni and Kevin. They took the time to know who we are and exactly what we would need for our family. Our new Rouge SV is a treasure!! Such a smooth comfortable drive. Even the inconnvience of having to deal with a disability lift was no issue for them. They went out of their way to make this happen for us. We had the absolute best service at Jim Keras Nissan! Maurice went above and beyond to make sure we were able to purchase the car we wanted! My Maxima putchase

This is my fourth Nissan purchase from Jim Keras. I am always impressed with the friendliness of the staff, they make you feel like you are part of the family. I have never felt like I am being pressured to make a purchase. Reggie Whitmore has been my salesman for my last three purchases, and he is Absolutely Amazing. Corey and Robert in the Service Dept. provides me with detailed information on what is necessary needed for my vehicle to run properly, and they are not pushy when making recommendations.

Screwed over and lied to

In 2014 I purchased a 2010 used Chevrolet Camaro and was told that it had one owner it was in great condition and it had never been wrecked I paid $24,000 for the vehicle which wasn't even close to the value.Not only did I have a lot of trouble out of the vehicle including the engine going bad and having to be replaced I just recently traded the Camaro in and the dealership that I went to to buy a new vehicle offered me a Carfax on the Camaro that I was trading in and it showed that the Camaro had been wrecked in 2013 which brought the value of the car down a lot I was only offered $6,500 at the most for my car which it didn't even cover near the payoff amount. I was extremely dissatisfied about the dishonesty of the salesperson that I dealt with at Jim Keras Nissan and I will never do business there again. FYI always ask to see the Carfax.

Service on 2014 Altima

I am a transplant to Memphis. Moved here about 5 years ago. So when I need things done I have to rely on word of mouth. I originally brought my 2007 Sentra to be serviced by you all and I always received EXCELLENT service. And yesterday, March 14, 2007 when I brought in my 2014 Altima for recall service, was no exception. Tyree told me that for the 3 services the expected wait time would be about 2 and a half hours. I came prepared. Head phones... Netflix password. I settled in and prepared to watch a couple episodes of one of my shows. Half way through the second episode Tyree came to get me and said they were all done. I couldn't believe that they had shaved an entire hour off my wait. I'll probably always drive a Nissan. And as long as I live in Memphis, I will bring them to Jim Keras for service.
