If you’re looking to purchase a Lexus, DO NOT go here! These people are so rude and arrogant it is unreal!!! Never have I had a salesman be so hateful!!!

Unexpected drop in, Unexpected results

We dropped in unexpectedly at Eskridge Lexus OKC for an issue with our phone/car connection. Although it was lunchtime Christian went out of his way to personally help solve the issues on our ES 300H. He had us back on our way in a matter of minutes not an hour wait. This is a big shout out to Christian our Service Consultant and his efforts.

Terrible service experience...should be a "ZERO" rating!

Worst experience at a dealership EVER! I live in Tulsa and don't usually use another dealership, though I was nearer to the OKC area on business and on this date had to fly out to Dallas for a day. So, I scheduled service on a Friday to bring my LS 460 in to have the front windshield replaced and an oil change for the next Monday and to pick up on Tuesday by 9:30 a.m.; I received confirmation. This was in February and it had snowed all weekend with temperatures in the teens and quite a bit of snow still on the ground. I dropped off my vehicle Monday as planned, no problem. I arrived to pick up Tuesday, at time promised, to find out the windshield for my vehicle had not even arrived yet. Rick French was the service advisor, he was not very cordial nor apologetic of the situation. He stated to me, they would get the install completed as quickly as possible ONCE the window replacement installer arrived, which was uncertain. I am not a person whom reacts loudly/abruptly to situations knowing there are multiple factors in causing the situation to be as it is and sometimes the one giving the information is not the responsible person, so I calmly waited. 3 hours later, at approx. 12:30 p.m., I was notified my vehicle was "ready". I paid my invoice. Then, I was told I could retrieve my vehicle, which was parked outside in the lot! I had to go out in the cold and snow to retrieve my vehicle! Seriously!...one of the perks from Lexus is having your vehicle serviced and brought to you in an enclosed garage. When I got into my vehicle, I found "ALL" of the debris from the old windshield in my floors and on the dash, which included all the rubber gasket torn up everywhere. This was ridiculous, I had debris flying out of the vents when the heater came on! If I was not already extremely late (over 3 hours) getting to my destination, I would have requested them to clean-up. Also, NO wash? They had my vehicle for a day and a half, they knew it was a windshield replacement and should have washed it prior to the replacement knowing it would not be able to wash for 2 days afterward...so discourteous of them! Driving in the snow is very dirty and my vehicle showed it. I have been a Lexus owner since 2001 and have never had an unpleasant experience with any dealership as I have with Eskridge Lexus. It would usually not affect your experience if you purchased your vehicle from a different dealership, but that is apparently not true with Eskridge Lexus!

Yoko Tite Blues

Terrible service department : Don’t buy the tires. They don’t honor the warranty and be ready for back orders. It’s been 2 months and no tire which happens to be under the warranty period. I called after waiting 2 Months and scheduled my appointment and 2 hours before my appoint i received a call from a person with Lexus Named Patience informing me that the tire was not in. I quickly called the service department and was given the run around. Still no tire and I am scheduled to drive to Texas the next day but could not drive my Lexus so I was forced to rent another car.

Ray Shannon, Service Consultant

I purchased my vehicle with Eskridge Lexus - a 2006 330ES and have serviced it at this same location due to the wonderful person named Ray Shannon in Service Department. Ray is always professional yet gives you his undivided attention whether you are making direct contact or over the phone. Ray listens! Ray has a calming manner and explains in detail how he can help you with your maintenance issue(s). I tend to get worked up when I take it in and get estimate on the number of items that the mechanic has noted on the work order. Ray takes time to explain and then I can prioritize what I want fixed immediately. I trust Ray and he has never let me down! This means a lot to me and I have recommended co-workers, family, friends and church members, to bring their vehicles and ask for Ray Shannon only!

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership! Mario was my salesman and he was a man of his word and very knowledgeable about the product! I bought three cars in a two week period. A Lexus, Subaru and an Toyota. This experience was the best one of the three. Mario made it a complete delight!

OK folks lets cut to the chase. 99% of the time I will not bother with doing the info gathering for a business, however I will take the time for this particular request. As of the present I believe I have purchased about 8 vehicles from Lexus via this dealership. Up until this car all my prior purchases were with one sales person who over the years I developed a good relationship with. In about 2014 he retired so I asked him for a name of someone he would recommend and without pausing he said “contact Shannon Brown!” In 2016 I contacted Shannon, told him what I had and what I MIGHT be looking for. I went over a few days later, saw the new models, etc. and said I might wait awhile before “jumping in the pool!”. He said no problem, I had his number and I knew where he worked! GREAT! I do not like pushy sales people!?? Skip forward to 2018. One call: “Shannon this is what I’m looking for”. 2 or 3 days later- “ I found your car, color, interior, accessories, etc. it will be in around end of month or first of next month.” No wrestle, no hassle. Came in, they were fair with my trade in and now driving new ride. Shannon got it right front to back. Smooth as creamy peanut butter! Good boy, good product, good dealership! When I’m ready for next car Shannon is my man! (He even sold a friend of mine his new Lexus before he sold me mine. I had that much confidence in his ability.)

My experience with Eskridge Service over the last 12 years has been nothing but exceptional! I attribute my good experience with Service Adviser Rick French. Rick has always been courteous and professional. I have the utmost trust in Rick! I have never had a long wait when getting in for service. Making an appointment is the best way of getting your vehicle in for maintenance. It provides service with a preview of possible needs and the ability to provide a loaner car should the time required for maintenance….or your personal needs…..dictate. The service department is well orchestrated and the maintenance area will remind you of a hospital operating room…..clean and uncluttered. KUDOs to Rick and the Eskridge Maintenance Dept!!

New lights on after serviced

So I went in to get my engine valve cover gaskets replaced. They replaced those and the spark plugs. (And something called washer seal that I only later found on the invoice) Was it overpriced? I don't know, but it certainly wasn't very transparent as to what all they were going to replace. Then I picked up my car and first everything seemed fine, no more small engine oil leakage like before but later the same day the engine check light and the VSC OFF (vehicle skid control) light came on. The VSC is connected to the brake system, but it seems to me that it's pretty obvious something got disconnected, messed with an electronic component, because the problem started the same day I picked it up from service, and I'd never had any issues with it before. I called there, explaining what was happening and they actually wanted to charge me for a diagnostic. In case they found they're at fault, they would retroactively cancel the cost. I'd essentially have to rely on their judgement and statement as to if it was something they caused. Doesn't feel very trustworthy at this point. Unprofessional and unaccountable are the words that come to mind and even O Reilly's will offer free OBD II reader diagnostics.

Repairs on 2003 SC430 with 99,000miles

I took my car in for an oil change and to get new speakers installed that I bought from Amazon saving me $140.00 over not purchasing them at Eskridge. My point is shop for your parts when you can and buy from another dealer if necessary. My new speakers came from Bell Lexus of north Scottsdale. I was happy with the price Eskridge charged me to install the speakers and Rick French is an excellent service adviser and he helps me to make good decisions on service needed and when.

I made an unscheduled service stop at your service department yesterday and asked for Mark Biggs as usual. I was not disappointed. It was during the hectic part of the morning. Without question Mark checked me in and promptly scheduled my service. It is because of Mark that I continue to use your service department. He has been wonderful to me and my other family members who own Lexus products. Mark has excellent knowledge of your products and service. H has never recommend frivolous service for our vehicles. He loves people and is a kind and affable man. God bless Mark Biggs and his family. Thank you Eskridge for having such a fine person among your service center staff.

The time spent by Shannon in making certain that I understood the car I was buying was remarkable - 3 hours on first visit. I had to come back to get a couple of things put on the car that needed to be ordered, so guess who called me when they came in? Shannon. He then proceeded to have a car available for me while they installed the accessories and then delivered the car to me after the service just as though I was getting the delivery for the first time.
