Run Don’t walk from this dealership

BBB HAS REVOKED THEIR ACCREDITATION AND I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AND MUCH MORE! I hired a tow truck to remove my car.. these people scare me!! Something is seriously wrong with the people that own and run this place!!

Misleading advertising & pushy salesmen

I called this dealership after seeing a television commercial about great discounts they offered. After a lengthy, and very pushy, telephone call with the salesman I was told he would get back to me. I wanted to do everything online or via the phone due to work deadlines. He didn't seem to understand this and kept insisting that I come in and saying he would send somebody to pick me up! I told him I was already pre-approved with 2 different lenders and needed to do everything via phone or online until the paperwork was ready to sign. I was then told that because I was not going through Hyundai financing that I would not get the almost $9,000 discount they were advertising on television and online! When I finally got the salesman to stop talking over me and actually listen to me, he was no longer interested in talking to me. He told me he would "get back to me and work hard for me". I never heard back from him! Apparently, their "discounts' are only if you use their financing. This is false and misleading advertising and probably grounds for a complaint with the AG of OK and a lawsuit. Not saying I am doing that but just saying that this dealership appears to be dishonest from the outset.

Stay Away

Terrible customer service. I bought a brand new car that I had to have shipped to Arizona and wasn't there for delivery. The car came filthy and had some minor scratches, there was a chip in the rim and the check engine light was on. I took pictures and called immediately upon delivery and was told the GM, Luke Galvin, was not in the office, but would call me on Friday when he was in (this was a Wed). I never received a call. I called again, spoke with someone else who agreed that I should be a little upset and would call me the following day once he spoke with Luke. That following day, the gentleman who said he'd call me back, it was his day off. By this point they're screening my phone number (easy to do with caller ID and my area code is so much different). I had to call in, block my number and demand to speak with someone. I talked to Luke's assistant, who said she'd look in to it. Guess what, still no call back. If you're counting, that's 3 people who were all going to look in to it, and NEVER followed up. Their GM, Luke, is never in the office and doesn't care about you after the sale is made. You're dead to him once he receives his money. I had to call Ted Moore's corp office. We'll see if it's just this deal and how Luke runs it, or if it's the entire corporation

Worst Dealership

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a new Fiat Spyder three weeks ago. Their sister dealership is Fiat of Edmond, which is on the same lot. First issue was getting them to honor the price they advertised. Was told their ad agency had doubled the rebates. They finally, after much argument, agreed to the price. A week later, I discovered the front bumper panel was a different paint than the rest of the car. When I called them about it, they said to bring the car back and they would change the bumper. I live 2 hours away and they EXPECTED me to spend my time to return vehicle. Now, I wonder why they changed parts on a new vehicle. I even told them I am 60 years old and wanted to know if this is a common practice that I had never heard of. The Inventory Manager, Stacy, hung up on me when I was questioning him about my situation. I went in with pre-approved financing and told them not to shop for another lender. I thought the rate was a little high, but was okay with it. Now I find out, they did place my loan with a different lender. I feel they got a kickback from the lender at my expense with a higher interest rate. More issues than these. DISHONEST and UNETHICAL Dealership.

Don’t waste your time. They will say anything to get you in there. They definitely will not honor the internet price. Price was 18 online. Get in and it becomes 26.

I have nothing good to say about these people. They are dishonest about the whole service and sales. I bought a car which they delivered on Friday. I took it back on Monday. They did not honor their 72 hour promise. The car overheated on the interstate and I had to call a tow truck service. When I took it back they never gave me any recourse as far as any other car I could buy but one. They never even offered to pay the service bill. The only good thing that came out of this sale was a nice salesman who his hands were tied because of management. Do not go here to buy a car.

Lied about car made me pay for something that wasn’t broken

Took car in for oil change, came out told me battery needed to be changed cause it was bad I said ok cost me $150. Asked for old battery back. Took battery to autozone to see if it was bad nope perfectly fine. Went back showed them that it wasn’t bad. Asked for refund was getting the run around then I spoke to the supervisor cause I was really upset I finally got my money back and told them I won’t be coming back

Fraudulent advertising prices. Bait and Switch. Useless small talk. Then BAM Reality thousands of dollars more than the ad price!!!! Disrespect, Old School Auto Dealership games. Then tell me how I can improve customer service hype email!!! Dealer sent email asking about experience then final disrespect. Booyah!!! I dont understand why you feel like that and I dont agree with the truth about your experience. Total waste of time. If you are bored at home go by and get some free water make small talk.

False Advertising

False Advertising!! Worked with Amanda Martin. I tried to buy their car for the advertised price on their website, but when I started to deal with them they told me it was $5k more than what they were advertising. They didn't want to budge off of their price either. It was strange. Looks like they are desperate fr business.

Dealership is dishonest and does poor work

I have tried to come to a resolve with this dealership that call themselves professionals, but after being hung up on and no call back…I feel this review is only right. Hopefully others will see the poor quality of work done by this dealership. Back in March 2017, my husband and I bought a 2015 BMW X5 from Edmond Hyundai. Everything was fine until around March 2018 when I noticed significant oil leaks from the car in our garage. So, we scheduled and appointment at the dealership on March 23rd to get it looked at. After looking at the car, I was advised by the technician that the reason for the leak was due to the oil cap not securely fastened from the previous oil change we had scheduled at the dealership prior to that date (meaning it was them admitting fault). He advised me that they tightened the oil cap and it should resolve the issue of the oil leak. Since that appointment, we continued to drive the car and kept up with our regular maintenance with Edmond Hyundai. In November, on our way to Tulsa to visit family for the Thanksgiving holidays, a “check oil level” light came on while we driving which prompted my husband to call the dealership to schedule an oil change appointment on November 23rd. While at the dealership, my husband made a complaint about an oil leak prior to them changing the oil and they advised they will look at it and let him know the outcome. My husband was then advised that they could not find the source of the leak, but they cleaned the engine and wiped the excess oil, and then advised my husband to drive the car a while and bring it back if the problem persists. On November 29th, not even a week after my husband took car to the dealership, on our way home a “battery charge malfunction” light came on and turn caused the engine to lock up and shut off, leaving us stranded on the side of the road with our baby. The next morning, we got the car towed to a BMW dealership to get it looked at. They ran diagnostics and we were told the engine malfunction was due to an oil leak in the engine. We were advised that the costs to repair the vehicle is almost $5,000. At this time our car sitting at the dealership and will not even start, leaving us without a vehicle. After multiple attempts to reach out to the Edmond Hyundai and see if they would help us with these cost, we have not received any help or response. My husband spoke with Wes Baker on 12-3-18 and he told my husband to send over an email with the damages done. My husband sent the email to Wes Baker and called him and still has not received any kind of response. I am writing this review because I hope it alerts others to not trust these technicians or car salesman like we did.

Hyundai is great, this dealership notsomuch

Come to this dealership only if you know exactly what you want and they have it and it would be highly recommended to bring your own inked financing. Do not expect a standard enjoyable dealership experience except for the generally friendly salesmen on the lot and do not expect to receive good service later on after the sale has been made. Don't expect to be able to speak to people you interacted with either because they appear to have an extra high turnover rate. If I had known what I do now about the dealership, its general manager, the two sales managers and finance personnel I never would have set foot on their lot. Car buying is always a game but this place raises it up a couple notches and you need to be on your toes and prepared to walk out and go somewhere else - or just go somewhere else to start with where you will be treated with respect and who will do business as the law requires. Hyundai makes great cars but their dealerships are hit and miss. Edmond Hyundai is a big miss. My family owns four Hyundai vehicles only one was bought here and it will be the last but we will probably keep buying the brand elsewhere where we have always been treated well and with honesty.

Second time buyer

I bought my Hyundai Santa Fe from Edmond Hyundai and my daughter loved it so much that she wanted a Tucson! Sam was by far the best man to assist in this process. So now my 17 yr old daughter is the owner of her first vehicle.
