Very prompt and professional service experience. Really appreciated the appointment confirmation and reminder emails I received. The service intake area was currently undergoing remodeling/renovations and the new customer waiting area should be very nice upon completion.

Second Mazda

Purchased and CX-5 in 2015. When my wife needed a new car, we really liked the CX-9 and went to Bommarito first. Great experience with Steve (who sold us our first Mazda) and with Brandon. Friendly and no pressure, felt they were fair with our trade in and great dealing with the finance department as well.

Great customer service, worked with my limited budget.

I have a limited budget. Had to have an inspection on my car to renew plates. Worn out brakes on rear, not-so-worn brakes on the front. Repaired the worn out ones and recommended repair of the front brakes within 6 months. Applied coupons to both the brake repairs and the oil change/filter, rotate tires and adjusted sensor for the air balance in my tires...all inclusive. Added a new air filter...no additional charge. The staff are very customer-service oriented and listen to my concerns. They always have my back and thus the reason I continue to return to South County even after I have moved to West County. Car drives like it did when it was brand new. It is a 2013 Mazda3

Really have never had a bad service experience with the team. In at 7:30, out before 8:45 - which is pretty quick. Might just suggest a little healthier snack option besides donuts. Maybe bagels?

Unreasonable Sales Manager

Went thru the usual negotiation process for the price of a 2018 Mazda 3 and settled on a price. I requested that I visit with my personal banker for a new car loan because I have a close relationship. The salesman said I could leave a good faith non-refundable deposit on my MasterCard and that it was common practice. But when he approached the Sales Manager he was refused and told I had to use their financial department that very day or give up the car. I left upset but later worked it out with the Salesman, got my loan the next morning, and returned the next day and purchased the car. The Sales Manager is Corey Young. These hard core tactics are what give the car sales experience the bad reputation it has today and are unnecessary. Why make it a negative and emotional experience.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Recall Incompetence

I bought my Madza3 from Bommarito and had it serviced there for a few years. Service was always slow and sub-par, but 9 months ago I brought it in for an oil change and a required parking brake recall from Mazda. After waiting several hours, I finally left the dealership after my service was supposedly completed. Months later, I received another recall notice from Mazda saying that I need to have the recall completed or Mazda will not be held liable for future damage. I called Bommarito and the service center said it "looks like the recall ticket is still open, so they must not have completed the recall". The invoice reflects the recall, but says it was deleted. Now I am almost a year overdue on the recall, with who knows what kind of further damage on my car because of it. They offered no resolution except to say "we could offer you a rental car if you come in and get it re-done". I will never purchase another car from this dealership or even attempt to have service completed here.

I would not recommend this dealer.
