Horrible customer service at the front desk

I recently went in to have the brakes done on my car and to get a tune up. I was scheduled for brakes, but asked when I dropped my car off at 7:20am if they could call my husband and talk with him about doing a tuneup. They said they would but did not ever call him. They sent me a text telling me that if I had any questions, I should feel free to text them back, which I did and got no reply. So at 12:30, I finally had my husband call them and they said my brakes were done and they would start the tuneup. At 2:30, I went back to the dealership and they told me that they had only done one side of my plugs and that it would take another two hours to finish. At 4:50, they finally brought my car around. I was upset because this had been a 9-1/2 hour job but I was assured next time would go more smoothly. I have been impeccable on the service of my car. I have written a business check there before. This time, however, they said my check had been refused. And, there were about 10 people at the front desk. The girl at the desk handed me her phone to talk to the check verification people. I could not hear them and I could not adjust the volume since it wasn't my phone or one I am familiar with. They were very rude at the desk. I asked them why I could write a $20K down payment check on the same account and by a $67K vehicle, but couldn't write a $2K check. The girl called her supervisor over, who just stood there basically and said they couldn't take my check. I knew this was going nowhere, so I paid with a credit card. I'm glad you had to suck up the cost of accepting it as that is the only pleasure I had with this whole ordeal. I was told I could get with their check approval company to find out why my check was denied. After multiple (10) attempts, I finally found out today that the girl at the front desk had entered my husband's cell phone number as the business number (even though the correct number was one the check) and she had entered that it was a personal check, even though it CLEARLY was not. Everyone at your front desk, including staff and customers could see that I was very upset and your staff did NOTHING to rectify the situation. And then the girl at the front desk had the nerve to tell me to have a nice day. Your service manager called me the next day to tell me they were sorry and were looking into this. Of course, I have not heard back from him. He also texted me with an auto reply text telling me I could reply to him but he has also not answered my text. I will not be buying my next car from Bob Moore Rover. If I buy one, it will be from Land Rover of Dallas. I don't spend my money with companies that treat people like this. You have a nice day...

Isaiah and Moses were great!

I bought a 2018 F-Pace at Land Rover - Jaguar of Oklahoma City today. I dealt with Isaiah & Moses. Both of these guys were extremely professional and helpful. Isaiah is one of the best salesmen I've dealt with. He really knows his products and was very patient and helpful when I was trying to finalize my decision. Moses was great about helping me understand and finalize the deal. I can't recommend these two guys enough! Great dealership!

Service, what service?

Called for an issue with my vehicle that was less than 2 years old and had less than 10,000 miles on it. Soonest they could see it was 10 days out. Complete opposite of what I was told when I bought the vehicle. The dealer supposedly prided their service department with their immediate responsiveness and ability to fit owners with a loaner car. Clearly this isn’t the case as this is the second time I’ve encountered a long wait time for an appointment. Very disappointed with Land Rover and this service department.

I had great experience with my first purchase through Land Rover. Will Dodd was extremely helpful throughout the process and even after it was completed. I highly recommend their services to ease the car buying experience! I appreciate the time spent with me to explain all the details to ensure my satisfication.

My overall experience with this dealership and my sales rep was good! There was no pressure to purchase and Will got me the best deal for my trade in. If I had any questions Will went out of his way to answer quickly. I am very pleased with my purchase!

Good salesmen & cust. service/mngmt lacking business ethics

At first visit, dealership and staff were impressive. Very courteous and accommodating. Will Dodd our sales rep. was quite informative, likeable and easy to deal with. Monroe was also very helpful when Will wasn't available. Dealership let us take the car we were interested in home for the weekend which was a nice surprise. After purchasing, Will even offered to bring our car to us after detailing and a ding repaired since we live an hour from the dealership. We were also given a loaner that was newer than the one purchased. Getting the manual and 2nd key did take awhile but at least we got ours, unlike some leaving feedback. Getting the title also took longer than it should have causing temporary tag to expire and we were charged a penalty. I do question the history of the car, having the ding and wheels being scuffed, along with a growling noise in wheel base. We took it in and repairs were made but noise still exists. Windshield along with hood has pitting marks which I asked about having windshield replaced. Will said one manager said replace it while another one said he wouldn't. Not fixing isn't acceptable on something like a windshield. Especially on a car that's this pricey. Poor business ethics. Another disappointment was trading our car in. I knew we'd lose money doing this, but seemed at the time less hassle and worry. They gave us the KBB value for a car that was in fair condition. Our car had low miles and was in excellent condition. Excellent condition was exactly how they listed it. Felt even more taken advantage of when seeing this. Live and learn. Anyway...this is our first Range Rover and I really do love it so far. If all goes well from here on out, I think I will always own a Range Rover.

I was sold a Range Rover that was in a undisclosed wreck!

The Range Rover Evoque I was SOLD is NOT worth the money I am paying. I Find it hard to believe that a Prominent Car Dealership could get away with selling a vehicle without disclosing it having been in a car wreck. Nothing but a replacement vehicle could appease me now.

Since my purchase this is the first time I've dealt with Bob Moore. I bought a used Land Rover just before Christmas. One key was provided. At the time of sale the salesman told me an extra key would be $75. When I came in a month later to get my $75 key my cost was $370. After he spoke with the sales manager I was told the sales department couldn't do anything but he took me to the parts department to get me a discount on one of the three parts necessary. I just don't have much confidence in Bob Moore's commitment to customer support and backing up what their people tell the customer

Beautiful dealership, everyone was courteous, from the reception desk to the management. John, my sales associate was very accommodating and patient with me, even with impending snowstorm. I fell in love at first sight with my Disco, my first Land Rover! Truly amazing vehicle and people.

Excellent Customer Service!

My Mom and I drove from southern Oklahoma to the "city" to shop around for a new SUV. We decided to stop by Bob Moore Land Rover to look at a few things I had previously viewed on their website. I feared that we would be WAY out of our comfort zone pulling onto an upscale car lot; we drive Dodges and Jeeps, and live in the country (haha!) But, much to my surprise, our sales consultant, Sean Roberts, made us feel very much at home and was so pleasant throughout our visit. I hope that this review is viewed by his sales manager and that he is praised for his excellent attitude and versatile demeanor towards his clientele (I know that he could easily deal with the "girls from the south" or the "city folks")!! Over the top customer service

In February we purchased a Land Rover. Dylan's office is in the Maserati dealership building During our discussions with Dylan West we mentioned that our 12 year old grandson would be coming for a visit this summer and would love to come in and drool over the Maserati's. Dylan said to bring him in and he would give him in a ride in one. We told our grandson about the offer. Our grandson came in mid July and brought a friend with him. The first thing they both asked when they got out of the car at our house was when did they get to go the Maserati dealership. We called and made an appointment with Dylan. He got them a ride with Curtis Kelsey, another employee. Curtis gave those two boys the drive of their life. He became their Super Hero. Everyone at the Maserati and Land Rover dealerships treated those 2 young men like they were kings. They also gave each of them a bag of goodies. When the guys got back to Albuerqueque the first thing they did was hand their Maserati poster on the walls of their rooms. Thank you Dylan and Curtis for making their trip here so memorable. You two men will always be part of their memory book.

The Best Service Around!

As a repeat customer at this particular dealership, I have come to expect the great service they provide from beginning to end on a vehicle purchase. However, this last experience was above and beyond those expectations, because of the exceptional job that Sales Consultant Dylan West did. He knew the product, in this case the Range Rover Sport, inside and out and was very patient as I narrowed the selection down to two vehicles. Besides being knowledgeable and well-spoken, this young man was the most dapper dresser around! After finishing my vehicle transaction, I was concerned about a few remaining items left in my previous vehicle and told Dylan as much. To my surprise, he had already moved everything from my old vehicle to my new one. Everything was in place exactly as it was, down to the smallest detail; like hanging the ornament from the mirror and putting my vent air freshener in place. This exceptional service experience was the caliber that one would expect from both a Land Rover Dealership and its Representation. Keep up the good work!
