Used cars is too aggressive

Nice selection of cars but terrible sales people (in used cars). I was driving through the lot and a guy named Lavando or something came running up to my window to stop me. I had just pulled in and wanted to look as I drove. Talk about aggressive and making me feel like a dollar sign. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Employees dipping and spitting on the sidewalk where customers can sit at the bench. Won't be doing business here, that's for sure

Went to war....

After dealing with Shea in finance, I have never been punched in the face so much where I was surprised I was left standing at the end. I am surprised I am left standing after such a brutal warfare experience at Bob Howard Honda finance. The sales experience was pleasant but when we went to finance the whole interaction turned into a disaster. This is the second car we bought here and honestly wish it went different. Just when I feel like I have seen the latest tactic's Bob Howard found a way to create new tactics and schemes to try to trick me and my family. As I left the store I am left wondering what have they actually done to customers who are naive or misguided. I feel their pain as I write this review.I feel like there was pure evil going on as I watched the interaction at Bob Howard Honda unfold. I went to see a specific vehicle and the vehicle was "lost" for some time with several people searching for it. Bob Howard wanted me to have a co-signer since it was "my first auto loan", surely this was because they get some kind of incentive for having a co-signer. I have never been asked this before. It was very strange. Bob Howard then said I cannot be approved for a the special introductory rate with Honda financing, but however I was able to get the rate if I bought one of their extra extended warranties....ironic....However, I did not purchase their extended warranty and still got the rate that I came in for. I would just be very careful with these Honda dealerships in the metro. I wish the corporate Honda knew these different situations at the dealerships were going on.

False pricing advertisment

I contacted this dealer to purchase a car they have advertised on car gurus and on their very own website for $35,595. The price I received was for $4500 more than what they have it advertised for. There reason for their false advertisement is "supply and demand." I spoke with Ben Rekoay. When I mentioned that supply and demand is not a good reasoning for false advertisement, he responded with "sure." Apparently dealerships like this and salesman like Ben, are comfortable with their false advertisement. Makes you wonder what other kind of sneaky practices they use.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Basic high pressure BS

Basic high pressure sales from beginning to end. Constant back and forth with 'manager'. Be prepared to double and triple check every little thing they tell you. They told me the matched the price online, pulled it up on my phone and price was a few hundred higher. Can't recommend in the slightest.

Terrible manager

We came in for a simple quote and were made to wait over two hours while we were subjected to high-pressure tactics. The manager would hardly leave us alone even while we were making personal phone calls. He also threatened to give us a worse deal if we left to come back later. We are never going back, and are warning everyone we know.

Oil change

I went to get my engine oil changed and was serviced by Pat. Pat was very pleasant and helpful, explaining everything that had to be done as there were other issues with my car as well. I would recommend going to see Pat if going to Bob Howard Honda.

Charged 30% over estimate

I was quoted a price of $705 for tire replacement and alignment, replacement of the splash guard, and changing the air filter,which I approved. On 3/7, all work except for the splash guard was completed and I paid $626, which included the price of the splash guard which had to be ordered. The only thing left to pay was the labor for installing the part, estimated at $80. On 3/13 my husband returned to have the part installed. He was charged $284, bringing the total amount to $910. A 30% increase between the quoted and approved estimate, of which I was never informed or given the opportunity to consent or refuse.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Changed airbag recall

Service for Honda Pilot

Extended warranty questionable

The service department is top notch, but the extended warranty goes out of the way to deny claims . My daughter purchased the extended warranty for 1800 dollars plus. The car was put into the shop for a leaking oil pan, which the warranty stated as being covered by the warranty. The warranty company denied the claim stating that it does not cover the oil drain hole of the oil pan? This drain hole was obviously defective prior to the purchase of the vehicle. This was the first car purchase for my daughter it’s a shame a warranty goes out of its way to deny claims it should pay. It also would not cover a clogged heater core and is charging over $ 300 dollars for it to be flushed.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I had dreaded making the trade

air bag recall

Job was done on time and Brian was very helpful. They looked at my car and gave me a detailed report on specific items that are may need mechanical attention. I went into the service department to have an airbag replacement. I am a Honda guy, and I was treated with respect.
