Service Lies to you

Called on Monday 7/15/19, spoke with Johnathon service person, told me they could determine the problem with our Murano with no cold air by the end of day. Tuesday 7/16/19, after leaving messages about 10 in all to find out problem.Johnathon told me it was our air conditioning compressor, AND Nissan recommends to replace evaporator too! Because particles will destroy the Evaporator if not replaced! gave me estimate of $1200 for everything, later that day on Tuesday evening before closing, estimate was wrong, it will be $1900.00. Wednsday 7/17/19 called to find out about parts, he said they arrived, our vehicle was taken apart, but waiting on tech to arrive. Drove up to Autonation Nissan to find out why I am getting run around. Found my vehicle was never touched, looked at or nothing, did not see parts for vehicle anywhere! Removed vehicle from them took it to Jim Keras Nissan, done in less than 4 hrs, back on road and saved over $700.00. DO NOT GO THERE FOR SERVICE, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR!!!!!!

Terrible service department and customer services

An update to my prior review. After I wrote the first review I was contacted by the GM Ed, asked me to bring the car in, I replied no way, it is being repaired by the reputable Wolfchase Nissan service center. Do not buy a car from automation Nissan or service. I asked him to review all the repairs that have done and reimburse me for the repairs that I had to redo. Guess what he never got back to me. They have no concept of customer service.

Auto nation service just bad

Let me tell you about Auto nation service department under the management of a very unqualified manager "Doug". This is coming from a customer who did business with them for over 15 years. In August 2017 I spent $ 2850 for major repairs (maxima had only 54k miles), while at the same time Nissan spent a few thousand. They messed my air during the repair. I drove the car and it was making noise, they assured me everything is ok. I took the car to be inspected and to our surprise they forgot to bolt the engine (Pictures are available). I could have been killed. This week I am having to do some of the exact repairs that were supposedly done, this having to be done only after 7k miles. I have made my decision to never do business with this dealership. They have no appreciation for customers and you make your own conclusion on their performance. I either have a lemon of a maxima or just a horrible service department.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I absolutely love my 2016 Chevy Camaro. I am pleased with the service which I received. Tish Dotson was very friendly and pleasant, she worked hard toward getting me the car I desire. I most definitely will refer others.

Terrible Customer Service Experience with Recall

I took my car in today for service and to have a recall checked. The service person called and told me my car failed the recall, they would have to confiscate it because it was at risk of blowing up, and they couldn't provide a rental car until tomorrow. When I explained I was 50 miles from home, they told me I'd have to find and pay for my own rental car today. I asked for my oil change to be comped because of this inconvenience and extra expense and was told they don't give discounts on oil changes. They showed absolutely zero concern over my being stranded 50 miles from home.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I’ve had nothing but trouble with a 2009 Nissan Rogue. Two weeks after I bought the car I heard horrible noises. Took the car in each time they said nothing was wrong. They knew they sold me a car from “xxxx”. Had less than 6 months needed new engine cradle, wheel bearings, motor mounts, new transmission and there are other things that are wrong. I paid 9000 for care and about 4000 in parts and repairs. At least the transmission was still under factory warranty. Can’t get rid of it since all my money is tied up in it. Sell it? I probably wouldn’t get near what I have in it. All I can say is DONT BUY A USED CAR from they. They tried to tell me I drove the car hard. I’m 63. Really Autonation Hacks Cross. You should be ashamed of taking advantage of an old woman.

Do not conduct business with this facility. From the management, sales, and service this dealership has been the worst without question. I have purchased many vehicles over many years and I’ve never been treated this poorly. I’m only rating them a 1 star because I can’t rate them lower.

While our Leaf was being serviced, our other vehicle, a 2006 Saturn Vue, died on us. We returned to Autonation to purchase a replacement for the Vue. Tesh was VERY helpful and patient with us, and after looking at three different used vehicles, we ended up with a recent model Altima. We were very pleased with the customer service and our purchase, and we will return to Autonation for our future auto needs.

Best Leaf service in town

After a bad experience elsewhere, we brought our Leaf in for replacement of the lithium battery. We had called ahead for the appointment, and everyone was SO helpful and friendly. There was a great rental car waiting for us, and everything went well. I can't recommend this dealership enough.

No call back

I submitted an online request for information for a 2017 Nissan Altima. I live in another city, but found the best deal on the Altima here. Jon Tyler called me immediately and sent me a credit app by email. I sent the completed app back immediately, and never heard from this guy again. My credit was ran several times. I had no credit issues because I ended up buying a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from my home city when I didnt hear back from this place. Regardless of what my credit situation was, I expect a call back to keep me informed, especially since you've run my credit. Very unprofessional and unppreciated. Especially since it was an emergency to replace a car that had broken down. Time was of the essence. Do better!

Super fantastic service!!! This is my 2nd Nissan that I have purchased. My first experience with this dealership was GREAT (over 9 years ago). They were very professional, courteous, and very much aware of my needs and aggressively exceeded my expectations!! I left Nissan that day VERY, OVERWHELMINGLY satisfied!! Great Shopping and Buying Experience!! 5 Star Attitude - 5 Star Approach - 5 Star Experience Shopping for My Daughter's First Car for 16th Birthday -- I visited 6-7 dealerships about a month ago to test drive a variety of vehicles to see what I thought would be a good fit for my daughter. Last Saturday, I got up early did some research, and went out searching for 2 vehicles, Toyota RAV4 and Nissan Rogue. Spent all day, going all over memphis visiting 12 dealerships. Actually found a couple of possibilities. Decided to visit the last dealership on my list AutoNation NISSAN to look at a Rogue. I was greeted by a young man, who's approach I greatly appreciated - Jonathan Fought. (I hate when I'm greeted with a cocky, prideful, and/or arrogant Sales person that don't greet me with the intent to help me with what I'm looking for.) Jonathan Faught greeted me and he began for first LISTENING to me and what I was looking for. I felt he wasn't pushy, but instead was genuinely interested in HELPING ME the customer. (so far he was 2 for 2 in my book). Then he showed me what you had to offer in line with what I was looking for. He went over the features and benefits of the vehicle (again without being pushy or aggressive... 3 for 3 now). Took the Rogue out for a short test drive. I loved the way it handled and braking and I was convinced that the Rogue was going to be the car for my new 16 yr old. Now, it was just a matter if I was going to be able to buy it here or go back to 2 other options I had found early that morning. Both other vehicles 2011 were 1 owner with 32-36K miles. I really liked the car, Jonathan's attitude and approach towards me and I wanted to drive back to Bartlett to get my wife so she could see it and test drive if she wanted to. Then one of the Managers stepped in (can't remember his name) and offered to allow me to just take the vehicle to Bartlett to show my wife (I really appreciated the pro-active attitude and willingness to do everything possible and gave me the impression that the customer comes first). Then he went over the CarFax report and explained further how the report worked, what to look for and benefits of it. All of this still happened as I was leaving the dealership without the intent of buying the car because of the price being a little out of my budget. Now we're 4 for 4, I was truly impressed with the level of professionalism, courtesy, customer-first approach. After understanding the CarFax report and the value of being able to see the service records for this vehicle. I decided that I might want to adjust my budget just slightly in order to have this peace of mind of knowing what I was getting. All that said....I would highly recommend allowing this dealership the opportunity to help you with your search for a new or used car. I genuinely had a CUSTOMER COMES FIRST Experience with Jonathan leading the way. We decided to purchase the vehicle and surprise my daughter with it that night. They even lent us a big red bow to put on the vehicle (once again.... taking care of all the customer's needs). Since, the purchase, Jonathan has been following up with me to check to see if I had any questions, concerns or anything he might be able to help us with. Price for new vehicle was initially quoted. We waited one hour and 15 minutes before sales rep got back with us on a trade in price, only after we told him we had been waiting that long and needed to leave, but he could call us. At that point, he was very rude, and showed us the price he had come up with. The trade in price for our 2002 Oldsmobile Silhouette in excellent condition was an insult and the price quote of the new vehicle had increased over $1000. He showed us the blue book price of our vehicle was at $5300, but only offered us $1750 after stating our vehicle was in excellent condition. Since we, as senior citizens, felt we were treated poorly, we asked for the key to our car. He didn't even offer to get it - he said the key was at the front desk if we wanted it, and we had to go get it. Then treated with "an attitude" by person who gave us the key. Never in my life had such POOR customer service.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I was very please with the service which I received, but the follow up that they said they would do was very poorly. I purchased a used GMC Acadia which did not have the owner manual. The sales man told me that he would contact the person that traded the vehicle in and see if they still have it. The follow up I got was yes and would bring it by the dealer ship by the end of the week. I called to follow up and they said no one had been by but they would call and follow up again. I told them that I would pay to have it sent to me or the dealer ship if they would just let me know. Ok I will call again, after four months still no answer. I feel like all they had to tell me was they could not get it and let it go.
