This is my third Honda lease. The first lease was from Honda Wolfchase. Though, a good vehicle, I have found that nothing compares to the knowledge, and customer service provided at AutoNation Honda Mendenhall. My second Honda lease started at Wolfchase Honda, but I was disgusted by the arrogance and lack of customer care that I was provided at Wolfchase. I knew without a doubt that if I took the deal being offered, I was to be extremely ripped off. The salesperson was disrespectful and I said that I would like to first look at Dobbs. I never returned and now this is my second lease with Dobbs Honda, now AutoNation Honda Mendenhall. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by the front receptionist, a very warm woman who tried to determine who to call for so as to best take care of my needs. Shannon Bartlett happened to walk to the front and though in the middle of something, he immediately tended to my needs, determining what it was I was looking for. He then introduced me to Jeremy Hibbler and Billy who, in addition to Shannon, and in different ways made this experience wonderful. Jeremy Hibbler, apparently relatively new, was both warm upon introduction as well as extremely knowledgeable. He patiently took me around the car lot and made a huge effort to find the the car that was the best fit for me. What I especially appreciated was his sincerity and concern to do the job right. He answered my questions as they came up, and if unaware of the answer, he knew where to obtain the answer. He has since called to check up on me, and if I need anything whatsoever. Right to the end of the sale, I was taken aback by each of these individuals' efforts to make my experience smooth and even exciting. I recommend AutoNation Honda over Wolfchase any day, and even further I recommend visiting with either Shannon Bartlett, Jeremy Hibbler or Billy as the customer service I received was outstanding, the car I purchased incredibly safe and reliable.

Autonation Mendenhall provided Great Hospitality and Service; there was zero pressure and they beat my bottom offer by 500.00! If I needed another car, Autonation would be a top choice!

After having a HORRIBLE experience at a dealership in the same town I walked into Autonation Honda and it was like being home. Ron greeted me with a warm smile and firm handshake. He asked all the right questions to discover my needs and wants. He is extremely patient and will work very hard to get you the best deal possible. The finance manager is amazing as well. This was not an easy deal to finance because of several factors on our part, no down payment and needing a decent payment, etc. but they worked tirelessly until the deal was done. I will never go any where else to purchase a vehicle. Please take the advise of a lady who has purchased alot of cars in her lifetime......PLEASE GO TO AUTONATION AND SEE RON COUNTS. You will be glad you did.

Easily my best car-buying experience. Patrick Biggert emailed me a very competitive "no haggle" price on the 2013 Accord EX-L and continued to answer questions by email (at my request) as I made up my mind. Once I arrived, we wasted no time in finding and test driving the car I wanted. His friendly, personable manner immediately put me at ease, and I was very pleasantly surprised that he didn't try to talk me into a more expensive vehicle. He answered every question I and my wife had about the car, demonstrating a knowledge of Honda vehicles that can only be described as impressive. There were a few bells and whistles already on the EX-L (pin striping, mud guards) which he sold me at cost without my asking. After all the paperwork was signed, he took us out to the car and gave us a crash course on the touch screen menus, even taking the time to sync both our phones and show us how to set up the car's voice activated speed dial. I should also mention that I had already taken my old car - a 2001 Accord LX that I purchased at the same dealership when it was still Dobbs Honda - to CarMax to get a quote, never imagining that the dealer would match the price on the trade. But Billy Kessler DID, saving me the drive down Germantown Parkway and another $250 or so on taxes in the process. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and my car-buying experience and I've already recommended these guys to friends and coworkers. Thanks, guys!

Just bought a 2013 Honda Fit from Dobbs Honda on Mendenhall. The employees are very friendly, helpful, thorough, and honest. Dobbs has a great selection of new and pre-owned vehicles. I love my Fit-- it's just the upgrade I needed, it drives wonderfully, and I look forward to having it serviced at Dobbs. Patrick Biggert, the sales representative I worked with, has been very helpful and supportive throughout the process. I definitely recommend Dobbs Honda on Mendenhall and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Service Department was OUTSTANDING. In transit through Memphis, I called about a problem with my new CRV. These gentlemen invited me to stop by, evaluated the problem (which could not be reproduced), took the vehicle in and examined it in the shop. All at no charge! They assured us that all was well and safe to continue our journey home to Maryland. Beyond that, both Buzz and Donnie were most pleasant, caring, and involved in the issue. They are both good, kind, Christian gentlemen, and I would have no hesitation taking any vehicle to them for service. Highly recommend their shop!

Kenneth Hubbard and the staff and Dobbs Honda were professional in every way. The appointment was confirmed via email and even though I arrived 15 minutes early (8:45 am), the staff was ready to go. Papers were signed, the bill paid, and appropriate "training" was given as to how to set the radio, bluetooth, and other popular features. I have received follow-up emails Kenneth and personal contact from the general manager. Communication has been excellent as well as the service. I highly recommend Dobbs Honda on Mendenhall!

Our experience with Tim McCrary was wonderful. We turned in our leased Pilot for a new Pilot and it was very easy and straight forward. My wife and I looked at all the available cars and were able to quickly negotiate a new lease and were driving off the lot in just a few hours. The entire experience was very friendly without any pressure sales tactics. I would recommend Dobbs Honda to all my friends.

Excellent salesman, easy to work with and most importantly, made my wife and I very comfortable. I believe that if a product is high quality, then a purchase is more about how the salesman sells himself rather than the item. He was able to meet our demands and was easy to work with, never pressured us, and helped us make informed decisions (which corroborated with our own independent research). He had a wealth of knowledge regarding the automobile in question, and was even willing to walk us through some of the digital features well after the purchase had been completed, showing a genuine care for customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Mr. Biggert to anyone looking to purchase a Honda in the Memphis area.

We bought a new Honda CRV. Patrick Biggert was our salesman. He was a delight to deal with. Very knowledgeable about the car features. Its obvious he has educated himself on the cars. After we purchased the car he informed me on how to use each feature. He really went above and beyond. We will definitely recommend him. We have been doing business with Dobbs Honda since it was Courtesy Honda. Can't imagine going anywhere else. You can thank your staff for that. Billy Kessler gave us a timely quote, very efficient. When we went in to see Young Lee to make the financial arrangements, he was very efficient with a wonderful personality. Our car buying experience was very enjoyable. We didn't want to leave..Haha.

This was absolutely the greatess car shopping/purchasing experience of all times for my husband and myself. Mr. Bingham was very patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. We did not go in with plans of purchasing a car on that day. However, Mr. Bingham's salesman strategies/tactics provided us with an offer that we could not resist. The General Manager was very helpful and friendly during this process as well. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends. We purchased a 2013 Honda Accord and we are enjoying every bit of it (just as predicted by Mr. Bingham)!

Service during the sale was great. The staff was very attentive and accomodating. Service after the sale was something else entirely. Arkansas is apparently difficult for leasing, and the process for me to be able to get my tags took two whole months. My first attempt at the Revenue office failed, so I called the dealership to ask for help. They said they would fix the issue. I wait for a phone call to say I can try again, but I never receive it. Almost a month later, I call them. They inform me the issue is resolved. So I once again go to the Revenue office and wait for another 45 minutes. Surprise, the issue is still not resolved. This time, I called again. I had to ask for a second dealer tag to be Fed-Exed overnight because I live an hour and a half away and cannot drive there to pick it up. Apparently the GM heard my situation and had the nerve to tell the person helping me that the dealership does not handle tags. First of all, customer service should be the first priority. If you do not know the situation, making a comment secondhand to a customer that is beyond frustrated is ridiculous. I was calling because I was unable to get my tags locally. I specifically left a message asking them to call me when the situation was resolved. The only call I got was from my local revenue office saying basically it was my fault the situation had dragged on for this long, and I would have to pay a $21.00 late penalty. All because a tax-exemption form was needed. So I am the one to blame and has to pay for it. And I never got the phone call I requested. I am hardly one to ever complain, and I do not want this review to be completely negative either. There were good aspects to the sale. It is hard to end on a positive note considering that my lasting impression leaves something to be desired.

Those Guy's were incredible! They made the impossible happen! Especially with my credit situation. I didn't think I could get the car that I wanted. But Dobb's Honda made it happen!
